Rio does not accept cash at the time of check-in for payment and incidentals. All payments will be processed through credit card.
Guests may pay with exact cash amount at check-out, though no change will be available.

Late checkout can be requested on the day of departure for an additional fee, starting at $20, based on availability.

Are pets allowed at Rio?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Rio is pet friendly. Dogs that weigh 50 lbs or less are allowed, up to 2 dogs maximum.

Rio’s Pet Fee is $150 per night, per dog.

A registration form is required at time of check in.

Do I need a room key to access the pool?

Yes. Hotel guests must scan their room key for pool access.

Yes. Laundry services are available from the Bell Desk upon request for a small additional fee.
Press Only, Dry Clean & Press are available for both men’s and women’s garments. Pick up by 8:00 AM and returned same-day.
6-Hour Express Service is available – garments must be picked up by 11:00 AM and a $75 surcharge applies.

Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel my reservation?

Free cancellations are available for refundable rates if completed at least 72 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a penalty of the first night’s room rate plus tax.

Yes! Self-parking and valet are complimentary and located directly on site. There is also free RV, bus, and truck parking for registered hotel guests. Oversized parking is available on Twain & Polaris, north of the resort.

In season, Rio’s pool, also known as Ipanema Beach Club, is open daily (weather permitting) to hotel guests and Azul-level and above Rio Rewards members. All Rio Rewards cardholders are welcome Monday through Thursday.
